8/17/02-A newly discovered Mario and DK cameo in Star Wars: Rogue Squadron - Rogue Leader has a description in the new Gamecube cameos page.

7/31/02-Screenshots are up for the Link reference in Donkey Kong Country 3.

4/21/02-I was getting lots of questions about the cameos section, so I made a FAQ to answer them all.
-Updates to the cameos section will be sparse for a while. There are only a few games I don't have screenshots for, and most of those because 1) I need to play through the games, which will take time, or 2) because I need a video capture card, which I don't have at this time. However, I will still add to the section whenever I can, and hopefully it will be complete before long.

4/12/02-A new cameo of Mario and Yoshi has been found in Donkey Kong Land 2, and a Mario reference in Game Boy Gallery.

4/6/02-Added cameo information and screenshots for Game & Watch Gallery, Game & Watch Gallery 2, and Mario's Picross.
-I was getting a lot of questions about cameos I hadn't added yet, so I posted information for all the cameos listed (except Game & Watch Gallery 3, which I will have soon). However, they don't have screenshots yet. I will try to get screenshots for all the remaining cameos soon so I can complete the section.
-I also added a list of Japanese cameos. This is just a partial list, and there are no descriptions yet, but I will add to it soon. As a result, I also made an Ice Climber icon. If anyone knows any Japanese cameos not listed, please e-mail me.

2/9/01-Added cameo information for Kid Icarus (thanks to The Metroid Database for letting me use the screenshot), and the Game Boy versions of Golf, Yoshi, and Yoshi's Cookie.
-Also added info for F-1 Race, with previously unknown cameos of Link and Samus.
-Wario Land 2 information added, with newly discovered references to Zelda, Metroid, and Yoshi.

2/5/01-Opened the Virtual Boy section, with new screenshots and information added for Galactic Pinball and Mario Clash. Thanks to Ferry Groenendijk of www.virtual-boy.net for sending these shots.
